BZA elects Carl Blake vice chair; Fred Hill re-elected chair

Vice Chair Lorna John formally seconded Blake’s nomination; Blake accepted. The board voted 5–0–0 to appoint Blake as vice chair. John then nominated Chairman Hill to remain as chair and Blake seconded; the board recorded a unanimous vote to reappoint Hill.
Chairman Hill thanked Vice Chair John for her service, noting her term ends March 26. The board’s secretary recorded both votes in the meeting minutes and instructed staff to update the Board roster.
