The Charleston County Greenbelt Advisory Board recorded a change to its subcommittee appointments after a member moved out of his district and elected Andrew as vice chair at its March meeting.
The board noted that Taylor Starton had moved out of his district and was therefore no longer eligible to hold his seat; the board said the vacated seat is the Rural South seat. Chair Moulton (Chair) said Charlie would continue to lead the subcommittee and that the only change was the vacated Taylor Starton seat.
The board also confirmed that Jason Kronesburg (City of Charleston) rolled on for a two-year term, according to the meeting record.
On the officers slate, a board member said, “I would like to nominate Andrew to take his place as vice chair,” and the nomination was seconded. The motion to approve the slate (Andrew as vice chair) carried on an affirmative voice vote. The transcript does not show a full name for Andrew, a named mover or a roll-call tally.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved its Oct. 11 meeting minutes; the motion carried by voice vote.
