Commissioners honor longtime dispatch manager Annette Stolba on her retirement

"For her to fight through everything... and just maintain that constant composure, we all see her as heart loss," a commissioner said. The board presented Stolba with the proclamation and offered remarks of thanks; Stolba told the commission she was proud to have served the community.
The proclamation will be finalized and a framed copy provided to Stolba, county staff said.
