The board voted to submit up to three names for the California School Boards Association (CSBA) delegate assembly from Subregion 5B (San Mateo County). The slate approved was Greg Land, Andrew (Andy) Lee and Francesca Segre. A motion to vote for all three was made, seconded and approved by unanimous voice vote (Aye). Delegates will serve two‑year terms beginning April 1, 2025.
Board members said they know the candidates and described all three as active and qualified; the board instructed staff to send the district’s ballot reflecting their selections.
The vote was procedural: the board may select up to three candidates for the county’s delegate slots and the district’s submission will be included with other local ballots to form CSBA’s delegate assembly for the 2025–2027 term.
