Council approves consent agenda, finance committee recommendations and planning docket items

The Renton City Council unanimously approved the consent agenda and concurred with several Finance Committee and Planning and Development Committee recommendations during the meeting.

Finance Committee items the council approved included the payment of accounts payable and payroll vouchers: accounts payable total of $18,266,557.91 and payroll total of $1,964,687.01 for the Jan. 1–15 pay period, including 677 direct deposits and 9 checks, according to the committee report.
