Board approves consent agenda, a personnel resolution and other items; moves to closed session

Board member registration: The board approved board member Bell’s registration for the Kishwaukee Meeting on a motion moved by Mrs. Bell and seconded by Mrs. McCabe; the motion carried 7–0.
Personnel resolution: The board approved a resolution to nonrenew and reassign Stephanie Brennan on a motion by Mr. Lentz, seconded by Mr. Kuchert; roll call returned 7–0 and the chair said, “The motion carries 7 0.”
Closed session: The board voted to adjourn into closed session for the purpose listed on the agenda (appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees; hearing testimony on complaints against employees, independent contractors or volunteers; or legal counsel matters). The motion was moved by Mr. Lentz and seconded by Mrs. McCabe; roll call was 7–0 and the board adjourned to closed session at 6:25 p.m.
