The motion to approve the Klossner equipment quote was offered by Commissioner Watts and seconded by Commissioner Waller; the motion passed 5-0. Staff said the repaired unit will primarily serve as an emergency backup while the new distributor is evaluated for a full season; if the machine is surplus to needs after that period, the county intends to sell it.
