The committee agreed staff should draft the RFP (largely copy/paste of original language) and work backward from April dates to give applicants sufficient time. Staff said they would tabulate scores and provide summaries to the committee; the Attorney General’s scoring metric was attached to the materials and would be used.
The motion to proceed with publishing the RFP and set it to be available by April passed by voice vote.
