The authority’s executive director, George Robeson, briefed the board on the district’s role, projects and funding. Robeson said the authority has saved $62 million in reserves and currently brings in roughly $10 million per year for capital work, but the full program’s schedule means the authority will likely exhaust its cash by fiscal 2027–28 without borrowing.
