Committee presses administration for details on $3M in capital grants for three housing projects

Alex Farrell, commissioner of the Department of Housing and Community Development, described the three items as ‘‘new to the capital bill’’ and said the investments are intended to fill final financing or infrastructure gaps that will enable larger housing and community projects.
