Duvall Cultural Commission meeting adjourned because of no quorum; next session Feb. 24

"In light of the fact that we do not have a quorum, we cannot proceed with the meeting. So I'm going to call this meeting of the Cultural Commission adjourned," Frasier said.
A staff member on the call identified as Matt conducted roll call, naming Commissioner Hernandez, Commissioner Guiller and Commissioner Frasier, and then listing Commissioner Damiano, Commissioner Imber, Commissioner Bernicki and Commissioner Koeser. Because the commission lacked a quorum, no votes were taken and no agenda business was addressed.
Commissioners scheduled the next meeting for Feb. 24 at 5:30 p.m., the group confirmed before adjourning.
