The Wolfeboro Planning Board approved an amended site plan Feb. 11 that allows the Wolfeboro Area Recreation Association (the NIC) to expand the previously approved building footprint from roughly 20,000 to 25,000 square feet. The board's approval included several conditions intended to ensure architectural details, stormwater measures and lighting are finalized before plans are signed.
Jessica Jacobson, civil engineer with Wilcox & Barton, presented the amendment on behalf of the NIC and said the wider building footprint allows for an elevated indoor track and improved internal circulation.
