The Morton Grove Board of Trustees on Feb. 11 approved a cluster of resolutions covering a new ambulance purchase, equipment and software contracts for the police department, the replacement of public works equipment and the warrant register.
The measures passed unanimously. Trustees approved Resolution 25-06, authorizing the purchase of a 2026 type 1 advanced life support ambulance for $478,728; Resolution 25-07, approving the sale of surplus vehicles and the purchase of a 2025 S70 Mini Bobcat skid steer; Resolution 25-08, adding automated license plate recognition (ALPR) licenses for in-car Axon cameras at a 48-month cost of $53,267.85 (with $11,000 due in 2025); and Resolution 25-09, expanding Axon digital evidence storage with unlimited capacity from March 2025 through March 2029 at a total cost of $75,658.50 (with $17,962 due in 2025).
