Planning commission tables Sheetz proposal at Fish Creek & Stow Road after extensive public concerns about wetlands and drainage

Planning staff described the site as roughly 4.6–4.7 acres in a C‑3 community retail zone; the proposal would consolidate two parcels, demolish one existing single‑family house on the combined tract, and construct a 6,100‑square‑foot Sheetz with a fuel canopy, about 40 parking spaces, and developer‑funded intersection improvements.
