Spring House Park Phase 1 design funded by $1M state grant; open house planned

Beavercreek staff told the Parks, Recreation and Culture Board on Feb. 11 that Spring House Park’s Phase 1 design is underway, funded in part by a $1 million state grant, and that construction of initial site work and playground elements is scheduled to begin later in 2025.
Zach, division staff, said the Phase 1 area is the park’s northeast corner at Grange Hall and Patterson Road.
