Board approves January minutes, moves next meeting to Feb. 13 and adjourns

Early in the meeting the chair asked for a motion to approve the January minutes; a motion was made and seconded and the minutes were approved by voice vote. Later, a board member said they could not attend the next meeting and asked if there was any objection to moving the meeting to the second Thursday ("which would be the thirteenth"). The board made and seconded a motion to change the meeting date to the 13th and the motion carried by voice vote.
At the meeting’s close a motion to adjourn was made and seconded, and the board adjourned.
No substantive policies, ordinances or votes on legislation were part of these procedural motions.
