Council to align zoning ordinance language with recent alcohol‑distance rule

"The distance was not changed by any means. It's the same distance, so it's the exact same thing that you guys adopted last year," Ashley said.
Staff said the change simply makes the zoning ordinance consistent with the city’s municipal code so that enforcement and permitting rely on identical definitions and measurement points. No new distance or buffer was proposed.
