Seattle council affixes signatures to letter seeking state permission for vehicle-noise enforcement cameras

“Today, we don’t have that ability. So we need the state to act,” said Councilmember Saka during the discussion introducing House Bill 1423 and its Senate companion, Senate Bill 5417, which would grant cities the option to consider installing automated enforcement tools for excessive vehicle noise.
