Festus council adopts ordinance annexing property at 11780 County Road CC

The Festus City Council on Monday adopted Bill 4809, an ordinance annexing certain real property described in the bill and extending the city limits to include property at 11780 County Road CC, identified in the meeting as the Twin City Church of Christ.

Council members voted by roll call after the bill was read twice and the rules were suspended to allow a second reading in title only. "Bill number 48 0 9, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Festus, Missouri annexing to the city certain real property described herein ..." was read aloud by the clerk.
