District Accountability Committee lays out spring priorities, plans SAC guidance update and budget outreach

Chris Haines, chair of the District Accountability Committee, told the Boulder Valley School District Board of Education on Jan. 28 that DAC will focus this spring on updating School Accountability Committee guidance, supporting implementation conversations about recently adopted policies and refining its SAC spending-priority survey.
The committee presented a multi-pronged agenda it said came from SAC chairs and DAC subcommittees. ‘‘We will roll some priority items over into the next term if that's appropriate and it remains a priority,’’ Haines said, describing the approach DAC uses to collect ideas from SACs and feed them to the board.
