So as as soon as you can get to 05:35 and we get a quorum, we'll get started.”
Senator Rader announced that the Revenue and Taxation Committee “will meet 15 minutes after the start of the HHS, so that'd be somewhere around 01:57, 1 58, I'm thinking.” Senator Weaver said Public Safety “will be meeting tomorrow morning at 0 9 Hundred, Room 2 30. 0 9 Hundred 2 30.”
Following those announcements, an unnamed senator moved that “when the clerk's desk is clear, the senate stand adjourned until Tuesday, February 11 at 01:30PM.” The presiding officer put the motion to a voice vote: “Members, you've heard the motion. All in favor of the motion indicate by saying aye. All those opposed, say nay. The motion is adopted.” The motion to adjourn was adopted by voice vote; no roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript.
With the motion adopted, the presiding officer repeated the reconvene time: “When the clerk's desk is clear, the senate stands adjourned till Tuesday, 02/11/2025, at 01:30PM.”
