Moorhead highlights $58 million in commercial construction, 1,400 permits in 2024 development report

"2024 marked historic milestones for Moorhead," Lushevsky said. She said the city issued more than 1,400 building permits and recorded a new commercial construction valuation topping $58,000,000, and that construction began on two major downtown redevelopment projects: the Loop Moorhead Library and the 650 Center Avenue mixed-use project.
