Commissioner Rich moved to nominate Commissioner Kranz as chair; Commissioner Holt seconded the nomination. The commission conducted a verbal roll-call vote; Commissioners Rich, Kranz and Holt voted in favor and the motion "passes unanimously." Commissioner Jones was noted absent.
The commission also approved minutes from August 13, October 8, October 10 and December 10, 2024. A commissioner moved to approve the minutes and another commissioner seconded; the commission approved the consent-item minutes without a recorded dissent.
