- Contract: Garage Door Doctor service agreement (County general/parks funds 101178 and 1179) in an amount not to exceed $1,000 per repair and $10,000 total to provide maintenance and emergency repairs for large commercial doors at county facilities. (Contract approved.)
- Centerstone MOU for reentry programs (Justice Partners, SIM 93.788, Fund 8160): Approved grant-funded MOU for in-office clinical assessments; grant amount $56,459. (MOU approved; see separate article for program details.)
- Cultivate Geospatial enterprise service plan: Approved continuation of consulting services (Fund: cumulative capital 1138) in the amount of $10,000 to support GIS and related database consolidation efforts.
- Letter to Community Foundation regarding the Alexander War Memorial Fund: Approved sending a letter requesting closure of the temporary fund and transfer of the remaining proceeds (estimated between $10,000 and $12,000) to the county war memorial fund for ongoing maintenance.
- Ordinance 2025-6: Amend Monroe County Code Chapter 267 regarding expedited payment of claims to add section language that certain expedited payments must be authorized by ordinance in line with State Board of Accounts guidance. (Ordinance adopted.)
- Butler, Fairman & Seaford supplemental No. 1: Approved supplemental agreement for construction inspection services for completion of the Karst Trail extension (funds: West Side TIF 4920 and Local Road & Street 1169) in the amount of $44,000. Board recorded the motion as approved.
