Staff told the magistrate the owner or owner’s representative had indicated an intent to renew but had not yet applied as of a recent check.
The magistrate accepted documentary evidence, assessed administrative costs of $163.75, and ordered correction by March 10, 2025. The magistrate said that if the owner fails to renew and pay the fee by that date, a fine of $50 per day per violation will be entered until the violations are corrected. The magistrate instructed the respondent to notify code enforcement upon completion so staff can confirm compliance and close the file.
