The council’s action covers a project filed by DHC Partners LLC and presented by David Marshall of KBJW. The proposal calls for a mix of townhomes and single-story “patio homes” on roughly 13.93 acres, with pedestrian sidewalks along Lillian Lane, two vehicular access points, stormwater detention, landscaped buffers and an on-site clubhouse. Staff said the proposal would result in about 4.6 dwelling units per acre and conforms to the PUD rezoning approved in 2023, which allowed up to six dwelling units per acre.
