The trustee said, “Sean Ryan is doing an amazing job of not only keeping us in the news and letting our residents know all of the amazing things that are going on in this village, not only in economic development, but in our park district, and making those those items, accessible and and such amazing stories to the public to benefit the village and make sure our residents are fully informed.” The trustee added praise for the village attorney and other staff members involved in communications.
The remarks came during a brief period for board reports; they did not lead to formal action or direction in the public meeting record.
