The change order (Change No. 4) adds $37,140 to the Friedler Construction contract for the Eller Park redevelopment to replace electrical components for a new pavilion. Luke Gunderson, Parks and Recreation director, told the board the electrical equipment identified in the original scope could not be reused after review by White and Company and meetings with the contractor, so the village must install all-new components.
