Delegate Ruth moved that the delegation support the bill; Delegate Allen seconded the motion. The delegation took a voice vote and the chair announced the bill was approved for a favorable report unanimously. The delegation said it will amend the sponsor name to the Baltimore County delegation and forward the bill to the appropriate committee.
