Monitoring reports (operational expectations): The board accepted monitoring report OE-5 (financial planning) and OE-12 (facilities) as "fully compliant." OE-5 evidence included Monica's monthly budget status reports and a district budget-and-staffing timeline and checklist. For OE-12, staff said the district maintains a five-year facilities plan and ongoing maintenance; however, staff noted the district currently has no active construction or renovation projects to report and described future facilities work as contingent on levy results. Both monitoring reports were presented and the board accepted them by motion, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Consent agendas: The board approved the superintendent's consent agenda and the board consent agenda by voice vote; no individual consent items were pulled for separate action in the Jan. 15 meeting record.
