Mr. Marin described the surplus technology process: older devices and storage media are sent to a vendor that certifies destruction of any data and recycles materials; the district receives a small payment in return. The committee thanked the Winchester Sports Foundation for the donation; Jason Capadano, the donor contact, was in attendance and was noted as available to answer questions.
The committee also designated two representatives for Unit A collective bargaining and named Doctor Matthews as an alternate. Chair accepted a motion to approve the consent agenda; the motion carried by unanimous vote.
