Council approves consent items and grants single-event alcohol permit for aquarium event

Single-event alcohol permit: The council considered a local-consent request from Craft Culinary Concepts LLC, d/b/a Vermillion Hospitality Group, for a single-event permit for “Kisses and Fishes,” a Valentine's Day event at the aquarium to be held Feb. 14 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. The council conducted a public hearing (no public comment) and voted to approve local consent for the single-event permit. The motion passed 5–0.
No other ordinance or budget votes were taken at the meeting.
