Depoe Bay urban renewal agency moves to update bank signatories, schedules Feb. 18 work session

The Depoe Bay Urban Renewal Agency discussed a resolution to update its authorized bank signatories and nominated a new vice chair, and scheduled a work session for 5 p.m. Feb. 18 to review urban renewal priorities and remaining harbor revenue.

Agency members reviewed a draft of Resolution No. 26-25, described in the meeting packet as an amendment to bank signatures. The packet contained three lists of names; the agency agreed to remove the second list titled “authorized officers” (the section that would have authorized account-maintenance signatories) and to replace one name in the primary list so the vice chair’s name would read as Valerie Sauber.
