The Planning and Zoning Board on Jan. 28 approved a site plan (SP-2025-01) for Village Coachworks, allowing a 6,500-square-foot addition at 335 South Meridian to expand the business’s production facility.
Planning staff told the board the applicant revised the site plan to respond to staff comments, adding marked parking and an ADA-compliant stall and maintaining existing ingress/egress points. Staff said drainage and final engineering details will be resolved in review and that staff had provided public notice to surrounding properties even though a site plan hearing does not always require it. No public comments were received in response to the notice, and staff recommended approval.
Board members described the project as straightforward and supportive of local business growth; the board approved the site plan on a voice vote.
