The site is approximately 1.21 acres; the proposed single-story building is just over 3,000 square feet and roughly 21 feet in height. The site plan includes a trash enclosure, monument sign, two private-drive accesses, parking and landscaping that staff said meet requirements, and on-site stormwater detention. Staff noted the drive-thru menu boards are on the rear of the building and will not be visible from Southeast Alsace Road. The council voted to approve the site plan.
- Resolution approving the final plat for Waukee Greenway Park Plat 2 to clean up lot lines among existing lots. Owners were listed as D Wright Properties LLC and LADCO Properties 31 LLC; the site area was described as a little over 4 acres. Staff said the plat clarifies parking ownership and cleans up lot lines. The council voted to approve the final plat.
