The board’s actions covered a range of city needs, including public-safety contracts, vehicle parts and maintenance, wastewater treatment fees and consulting invoices. The largest single requisition approved was a $227,500 drawdown to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office; other sizable items included $107,484.24 and $52,920 to Chagrin Valley Dispatch, a $50,000 purchase of road salt from Cargill Salt Inc., and a $44,559.55 payment to the City of South Euclid.
