Delaware County authority reappoints solicitor and auditor, renews web contract and approves invoices; OKs $13,860 Chester app grant

At its January meeting the Delaware County Grant Authority approved a slate of administrative motions, reappointments and invoice payments and voted to approve a one-time special grant to the City of Chester.
The authority reappointed Daley Law Firm as solicitor and reappointed Barbara Kane Thornton as auditor. It renewed its web-services contract with Course Vector and approved the January 2025 treasurer’s report, which had been prepared with assistance from Bridal Simpson.
The board approved payment of several invoices referenced in the meeting: an invoice to Majaine Technologies (amount and invoice label as read in meeting), an invoice from Bridal/Brinker Simpson for accounting services, a fourth-quarter invoice to Daley Law Firm, and a $113 invoice to Spirit Media Group Incorporated for publishing meeting dates.
