Lebanon County commissioners approved a slate of personnel transactions including resignations, hires, a job reclassification and salary‑board actions.
Ralph Mable, director of human resources, read personnel actions that included several resignations and retirements: Samantha Trancucci (social services aide), Amanda McMinn (administrative assistant), Toby Burris (law clerk), Shomar Callender (probation officer), Holly Feeney (rescinded offer), and Maria Bovertec (first deputy register‑recorder, retirement effective March 15). Mable moved to approve the listed resignations and terminations; the board seconded and approved the motion.
The board also approved a motion to reclassify a currently vacant programmer/analyst position (grade 15, nonunion) to a network technician position (grade 14, nonunion) on the recommendation of Danielle Hogg, chief information officer. Separately, the board approved a director position within the Community Action Partnership to change from a 37-hour to a 40-hour workweek, effective Jan. 20, 2025.
Human-resources and salary-board items also included hires across Area Agency on Aging, Children and Youth Services, Correctional Facility and other departments; the salary board approved promotions and interpreter-pay adjustments. All personnel and salary-board transactions were approved by motion and second with no recorded opposition.
