The Dayton Department of Planning, Neighborhoods and Development on Wednesday launched an online housing-condition portal that displays ratings for more than 53,000 city structures and provides neighborhood data, printable PDFs and an address-search tool for residents.
Steve Bridal, director of Planning, Neighborhoods and Development, told the Dayton City Commission the portal is the product of a housing-condition survey conducted in fall 2023 and subsequent analysis with the city's GIS and public-works teams.
