The committee conducted a roll call that recorded five affirmative votes. Representatives recorded as voting "aye" were Representative Carbone, Representative Contreras, Representative Willoughby, Vice Chair Carter and Chairman Hendricks. The committee chair announced, "By your vote of 5 ayes, 0 nays, you have recommended House Bill 2703 as constitutional and in proper form." The meeting was then adjourned with no further business recorded.
