Katie said there was nothing for the committee to act on immediately but that directors would likely raise the issue at the legislative branches' budget hearing next week.
Senator Mandeville asked whether the omission related to zero-trust architecture. "It is my understanding that some of that had to do with zero trust architecture," Miss Gunther replied during committee questioning.
Committee members did not take formal action during the brief discussion. The staff presentation was framed as a notification to ensure members were aware of the budget discrepancy ahead of upcoming hearings.
