County commissioners also approved construction items, including two change orders for the TRU Larchmont Avenue project submitted by Shelley and Sands Inc. — change order No. 1 for $4,200 and change order No. 2 reducing the contract by $127,248.91, revising the contract total to $892,771.90 — and accepted a maintenance bond for Townsend Avenue storm‑drain work installed by TK Excavating and Grading LLC (20% maintenance bond of $79,881.49; final project cost $399,407.46).
