Staff said any provider that wants to propose a plan to use the $45,000 budget may do so in response to the RFP.
Councilors discussed interim invoices and recordkeeping; city counsel noted the city’s interim position was that the city would pay invoices only when proper documentation was provided and only for services the city requested or authorized. The RFP will proceed to the council meeting for formal action and return with any responsive proposals.
