The two Verizon sites named in the staff recommendation were listed at 2010 Collins Street (Killeen Street), Bossier City, and 2900 Douglas Drive, Bossier City. Under the district’s current lease language, staff said the transfer requires the district’s permission and the proposed documents are amendments to allow the lease transfer without changing the lease terms and conditions.
A motion to authorize the superintendent to sign documents relating to the land‑lease agreement transfer from Verizon Wireless to Vertical Bridge for the two sites was moved by a committee member, seconded by Mr. Falti, and approved by the committee.
