Agoura Hills Planning Commission approves excused absence, agenda and consent calendar, all 4-0

Vice Chair Reinhardt moved to approve the meeting agenda; Commissioner Stein seconded. The secretary’s roll call recorded the same 4-0 tally in favor.
Commissioner Merrill Plattzer moved to adopt the consent calendar; Commissioner Stein seconded. The motion passed on a 4-0 roll-call vote recorded by the secretary.
All three motions were procedural; no substantive policy items were decided in those votes. The commission then opened a public scoping session on the Bicycle Master Plan PEIR. The next regular Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025, in the Council Chambers at 3001 Lady Face Court, Agoura Hills.
