Westmont board approves resurfacing funding, surplus declarations and Spring Fling permits; postpones fleet IGA, moves to executive session

The Westmont Village Board on Feb. 6 approved a consent agenda that included minutes, a finance ordinance and purchase orders; authorized design work and state funding for the village’s 2025 motor fuel tax (MFT) resurfacing project; declared surplus items; granted event permits for the Westmont Spring Fling and a $2,500 hotel-motel grant to the Westmont Lions Club; postponed an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) for fleet services with Oak Brook; and voted to adjourn into executive session to discuss potential property acquisition and pending litigation.
