Mahler said Stenger brings “first‑person advocacy and perspective” and noted Stenger’s prior service on the Lake Tran Board of Trustees and the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office.
The commissioners approved the appointment by recorded voice vote. No conditions or supplemental instructions were recorded on the appointment during the meeting.
