Committee advances SB 21 to clarify state long-term disability rules under PEHP

Committee members did not ask clarifying questions and there were no public comments. Representative Peck moved that the committee pass SB 21 out favorably; after a brief summation was waived, the chair put the motion to a voice vote and “the chair rules that passes unanimously.”
