Woods and Streams subdivision returns to Planning Commission for administrative finalization after appeal withdrawal
Summary
The Planning Commission reviewed Woods and Streams (major subdivision 00‑120000032) and confirmed the project can proceed to administrative final approval after the Board of Appeals withdrawal of an appeal over cul‑de‑sac length; the commission had earlier conditioned preliminary approval on the appeal outcome.

Woods and Streams Homes (major subdivision 00‑120000032) returned to the Planning Commission on June 9 for discussion after a previously filed appeal to the Board of Appeals was withdrawn.
Planning staff said the commission’s July 2006 preliminary approval had included a condition that the number of lots could be reduced depending on the outcome of an appeal regarding the length of a cul‑de‑sac (Harry Drive). The Board of Appeals hearing originally scheduled for October 2006 was withdrawn by the appellant and the fee refunded; with no active appeal, staff advised the commission that the plan remains in conformance with the approved preliminary plan and the project may proceed to administrative final approval under the subdivision regulations.
Commissioners agreed that, with the appeal withdrawn and the plan unchanged from preliminary approval, staff may continue processing the final plan administratively and the applicant may proceed with required engineering and plat recordation steps.
Staff will complete agency signoffs and verify compliance with preliminary‑approval conditions before final administrative approval and plat recordation.
