Staff noted outstanding pre‑recordation items: payment of required mitigation fees and any signalization obligations at the Maryland Route 5 and Willis Road intersection. The commission moved to approve the final subdivision plan contingent upon those administrative requirements being satisfied.
The motion to approve the final plan was made by Commissioner Chase and seconded by Commissioner Thompson; the commission approved the final plan unanimously.
